تحتفل Google اليوم باليوم الوطني للمملكة العربية السعودية. ففي مثل هذا اليوم، 23 أيلول (سبتمبر) من عام 1932، تحولت السعودية إلى مملكة بعد توحيد منطقتي نجد والحجاز  تحت قيادة "عبد العزيز بن سعود"، أول ملك للمملكة السعودية. ويظهر رسم الشعار المبتكر على نطاق Google الخاص بالمملكة العربية السعودية www.google.sa
كان آل سعود (العائلة السعودية الملكية), في الأصل حكام قبليين في منطقة نجد بوسط شبه الجزيرة العربية في منتصف القرن الثامن عشر وقد تغيّر امتداد سلطاتهم الإقليمية على مدار الأعوام المئة والخمسين التالية. في الفترة ما بين عامي 1902 و1927، شن عبد العزيز، قائد آل سعود، سلسلة من الغزوات والمناوشات والتي أسفرت في النهاية عن توحيد منطقتي نجد والحجاز; مما أدى إلى إعلان قيام المملكة العربية السعودية في عام 1932.


يصور رسم الشعار المبتكر الذي تقدمه Google عناصر متنوعة من المملكة العربية السعودية حيث يظهر الشعار بألوان العلم السعودي، بالإضافة إلى عرض شعار المملكة العربية السعودية وأفق مدينة الرياض الشهير مع برج المملكة وبرج الفيصلية في الخلفية. وتوضح خلفية الشعار أيضاً العديد من الألعاب النارية التي اطلقت في السماء إحتفالاً بهذه المناسبة السعيدة.

Google Celebrates the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Day

Today, Google celebrates the national day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On the 23rd of September, 1932. Saudi Arabia became a Kingdom following the unification of the Nejd and Hejaz regions by Abdul Aziz Bin Saud, the first King of Saudi Arabia. The doodle appears on the Saudi Arabia Google domain www.google.sa

The Al Saud (the Saudi royal family), were originally tribal rulers in the Nejd region in central Arabia in the mid 1700’s whose territorial extent fluctuated over the following 150 years. Abdul Aziz, the Al Saud Leader, led a series of conquest wars and skirmishes between 1902 and 1927 which ultimately resulted in the unification of Nejd and Hejaz region; giving rise to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1932.


The innovative doodle presented by Google depicts various elements from Saudi Arabia with the doodle painted in the colors of the Saudi flag in addition to showcasing the Emblem of Saudi Arabia and the famous Riyadh skyline with Kingdom Centre and Al-Faisaliah Tower appearing in the background. The background of the doodle also showcases the celebratory fireworks on this festive occasion.
Doodles are known as the decorative changes that are made to the Google logo  to celebrate different people, events or special dates such as holidays, anniversaries, and the lives of famous artists and scientists.  Over the years, doodles on the Google homepage have made searching on Google more fun and enjoyable for its users worldwide.
