ربما تسمع عبارات مثل "السحاب" أو "الحوسبة في السحاب" تُستخدم كثيرًا هذه الأيام. وفي حين أن فكرة السحاب قد تبدو فكرة مجردة، إلا أن العديد من الأمور التي تفعلها عبر جهاز الكمبيوتر والهاتف الذكي اليوم، مثل تبادل البريد الإلكتروني ومشاركة الصور وبث الفيديو المباشر، أصبحت ممكنة بفضل تقنية السحاب.


تستند Google في الأساس على الحوسبة في السحاب — مما يساعد الأشخاص على استخدام الإنترنت بكثافة وتنفيذ أمورهم في السحاب.  وسواء أكنت تريد إضافة مكونات إلى قائمة تسوق مشتركة وأنت في القطار أو التعاون مع زميل لك موجود بالمكتب لإتمام العرض التقديمي وأنت في ردهة الفندق أو الدردشة مع والديك وجهًا لوجه وأنت في نصف الكرة الأرضية الآخر، فنحن نؤمن أن تنفيذ هذه الأمور في السحاب هو الطريقة الأفضل. نحن نحب أن نطلق على ذلك "التحول إلى Google".

ويسعدنا أن نرحب بشركة طيران البحرين، الناقلة الخاصة الوطنية لمملكة البحرين التي خاضت تجربة "التحول إلى Google" من خلال تطبيق مجموعة خدمات Google Apps المستندة إلى الويب، إذ سيكون بمقدور عاملي شركة طيران البحرين المنتشرين في جميع أنحاء العالم الاستفادة من المجموعة الواسعة من خدمات Google التي تتيح للموظفين التعاون في ما بينهم في الوقت الفعلي.

Working in the Clouds

You probably hear terms like “the cloud” or “cloud computing” being used a lot these days. While the idea of the cloud may seem abstract, many things you already do on your computer and smartphone today, such as email, photo sharing and video streaming, are made possible by the cloud.

At the heart of it, Google is about cloud computing—helping people live online and get things done in the cloud. Whether you need to add ingredients to a shared shopping list from the train, collaborate with your work colleague back in the office to finish your presentation from a hotel lobby, or chat face-to-face with your parents from halfway around the world, we believe that getting stuff done in the cloud is a better way. We like to call it “going Google.”


And we’d like to welcome Bahrain Air, the private national carrier of the Kingdom of Bahrain which has recently ‘gone Google’ by implementing the web based Google Apps suite of services.  The cloud travelling Bahrain Air staff stationed around the world will be able to take advantage of a wide array of Google services which allow employees to collaborate in real time.


We’ve built cloud-based tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Google Docs to help companies and individuals connect and collaborate online with others more quickly and easily, without having to deal with the hassles and frustrations of installing and managing traditional software. 

No internet connection? No big deal. With offline editing, you can create and edit Google documents and leave comments. Any changes you make will be automatically synced when you get back online.
